4 PILLARS OF OPERATIONAL READINESS

Asset Integrity Group have developed a package to assure TRUE asset operational readiness through building the full maintenance data build with conceptual reliability for design engineering to assure optimal asset operational readiness. We offer the full service of Inspection during fabrication and manufacture, installation & commissioning and development of asset safety case, written scheme of verification and performance standards. Full RAM, Corrosion Management and Spares modelling are performed and fed into the maintenance strategies and master data build.

Define Reliability Objectives

Reliability must be designed into products and processes using the best available science-based methods. Knowing how to calculate reliability is important, but knowing how to achieve reliability is equally, if not more, important.

 

Reliability practices must begin early in the design process and must be well integrated into the overall product development cycle.

PILLAR 2 - Detailed Design

 

Assess Design Reliability & Identify Reliability Gaps

Utilizing Six Sigma DMAIC philosophy we break the reliability for detailed design into six key activities, which are:

  4. Quantify and Improve
  5. Validate
  6. Monitor and Control

PILLAR 3 - Build and Commission

 

Quantify Verify & Grow Reliability

In order to deliver target reliability for design we need to utilise FRACAS to develop our reliability framework within the asset design context. Following this, we build maintenance and inspection plans from our RCM Plus design philosophy.

 

We must also build a solid foundation for equipment maintenance strategies, through quantifying reliability growth achievable, determine the feasibility of achieving reliability goals with a given maintenance strategy process/procedure, calculate optimum overhaul times and other results for fielded repairable systems without the detailed data sets that would normally be required for repairable system analysis. Through RCA methodologies and KPI monitoring we will assure extended asset life and optimised asset cycle performance throughout the Brown Field life-cycle.

PILLAR 4 – Operational Readiness Design

 

Deliver Target Reliability and Monitor Field Reliability

Through process optimisation and RAM modelling techniques Asset Integrity Group will deliver cohesive and well-founded maintenance plan updates, and through FRACAS based RCA methodologies and KPI monitoring we will assure extended asset life and optimised asset cycle performance throughout the Brown Field life-cycle.
